Terms of Service

Once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, please place a new order. We are unable to combine shipping and reduce charges on separately placed orders or on orders from different sales.

While you can order both tubers and cuttings, these orders will need to be placed separately and they will be shipped separately as packing is different for tubers than for cuttings.

Items placed in carts are not guaranteed or reserved until purchase is completed, and the purchaser has received an order number/confirmation email. 

 

Please plant your dahlias after your USDA growing zone's last frost date. We are not responsible for weather issues, pest damage, or poor customer care.

 

Problems with dahlia tubers or rooted cuttings must be reported within 48 hours of receiving. Please open packages immediately upon arrival. This guarantee is limited to the purchase price of tubers or cuttings only, and does not include shipping fees or liability or damages from losses resulting from crop failure. Refunds are not available for Dahlia tuber or cutting purchases other than those stated above.

We only accept orders via our Online Store. Sunrise Hill does not accept orders via mail or telephone.

 

Sunrise Hill reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.

STUFF HAPPENS - 

All that said, if there is a problem, talk to us! 

1. We're very sorry for any problems. We know how disappointing and frustrating that can be. 

2. Please let us know as soon as possible. We'll probably ask for a photo or some sort of supporting documentation of whatever the problem is. 

3. Please do not post negative posts on social media, or negative reviews. It's so easy to blow off steam this way, but so painful for the small business that it happens to. Give us a chance to make it right. 

VIRUSES- 

We thoroughly inspect each plant and tuber we grow. Any signs of any disease we immediately dispose of the plant (we don't want that junk here either!). We do not test our plants as the costs are prohibitive and would simply increase the price of our tubers and cuttings exponentially.

Shipping Information

  • We ship within the US only. We also offer on farm pick up for our local dahlia lovers.

    • This season on farm pick up will be SATURDAY April 6th, 2024 9am-3pm. No exceptions.

    • Farm address is 18806 Briar Ln Holt, MO 64048.

  • All orders are packaged with love and, we use USPS to ship.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email so please be certain your email is correct. 

  • Orders are filled and shipped in the order they were received as well as by the region they are being shipped to.

  • Once we begin shipping on (approximately) the following dates, it may take us a few weeks to get all of your region's orders shipped out. Please be patient. 

Shipping begins April 1st to the following states
